Ivy Partners is expanding in Switzerland's Luxury industry and seeks an IT Business Manager to build trusted relationships with prestigious Luxury Maisons and manage strategic deliveries.

You will lead client engagements, collaborate with consultants and stakeholders, and drive growth while ensuring operational excellence. Fluency in French and English is expected, and experience in Switzerland is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Switzerland is a must, ideally within Luxury, Watchmaking, Fashion, Cosmetics, Retail or Consumer Goods.
• Background as an Account Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager or Project Coordinator within consulting, IT services, or a Luxury Maison.
• Strong understanding of the Luxury ecosystem and its digital transformation challenges, including Client Experience, Omnichannel, CRM, Data, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Strategic Delivery & Account Management: Lead delivery of engagements with client satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Business Performance & Growth: Manage financial performance, negotiate agreements, and drive growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
