Job summary

Luxury Experts in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Media Manager to join its global Marketing team for an internationally renowned Swiss Maison.

Reporting to the VP Head of Marketing, you will manage international media planning, budgets and campaign execution, working closely with local markets and media agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in media planning, buying or management, preferably for a luxury brand.
• Experience with luxury, premium or high-end consumer brands.
• Strong budget management, analytical and project coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage international campaigns and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of digital media and campaign measurement; GA and Meta Ads Manager familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate international media plans across digital, print, paid social and outdoor channels.
• Manage media budgets, including investment allocation, forecasting, spend tracking and reporting.
• Work with media agencies to optimise channel mix, media buying and campaign performance.
• Coordinate campaign rollout across markets, aligning stakeholders, timelines and asset delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs, translating results into recommendations for future investments.
• Ensure local media activities follow global guidelines and support purchasing and administrative processes.
