Six Senses Crans Montana seeks a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) Shift Leader to uphold our vision of emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness. Fluency in French and English, hospitality experience, and strong guest-orientation are essential.

You will supervise GEM team activities, coordinate arrivals/departures, protect guest safety, manage profiles and preferences, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless transfers and personalized service in a luxury Swiss resort.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year in a hotel setting.
• Proficient MS Office; experience with POS, PMS and CRM systems.
• Fluent in French and English.
• European passport and Swiss work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate arrivals/departures and billing; block rooms and resolve discrepancies.
• Review daily arrivals and departures for VIPs and groups.
• Ensure rooms are prepared to high standards before check-in.
• Implement and maintain guest recognition programs.
• Assist in scheduling, training and feedback for GEM team.
• Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
• Be responsible for evacuation during emergencies and guest safety.
• Review guest profiles/history prior to arrival and coordinate with departments for transfers.
• Consolidate guest histories and preferences in the system.
• Maintain department admin and timely operational reports.
