Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) Shift Leader to oversee guest operations and ensure exceptional service at Six Senses Crans Montana. You will safeguard pillars of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary guest experiences while coordinating with departments to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include managing arrivals/departures, supervising the GEM team, handling guest feedback, ensuring rooms meet standards, and liaising with engineering for maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of hotel operations experience.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Review arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure rooms are prepared to guest preferences and standards including mini bar and amenities.
• Support guest recognition programs and handle guest feedback with timely follow-up.
• Supervise GEM team scheduling, training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate transfers and ensure guest histories and preferences are recorded.
• Maintain compliance with Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and safety procedures.
