Qualifications

• Sales achievement – meet individual sales target and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
• KPIs achievement – understand the correlation between every step of the client experience with each KPI such as cross selling and basket value.
• Client engagement – focus on development and retention of existing clients and recruitment of new ones.
• Product knowledge – master Valentino's products and convey engaging, brand-aligned storytelling.
• Operations – comply with guidelines and support stock, transfers, and after-sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales targets while supporting store objectives.
• Engage clients through all channels: walk-ins, private appointments, and distance sales.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver compelling storytelling.
• Support stock management, transfers, and after-sales processes per guidelines.
