VIETTI in Luzern, Switzerland is seeking a Client Advisor / Style Advisor for its luxury boutique. You will deliver highly personalised shopping experiences, build client portfolios, and use CRM tools to engage an international clientele.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong styling sense, fluent German and English, and an interest in fashion. Knowledge of Italian is a plus; you will join a collaborative team focused on high standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience or related client-facing role.
• Strong clienteling skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Genuine passion for luxury fashion and styling with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage an international luxury clientele with personalized service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance through expert styling and clientelling.
• Act as a VIETTI ambassador, upholding heritage, values and service standards.
• Provide styling advice across multi-brand offerings and stay updated on seasonal collections.
