You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage budgets and P&L, and collaborate with HR to implement policies. Competitive CHF 6,400–11,100 per month, plus bonus, clothing allowance, and employee discounts, with travel opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a high-volume store with 50+ staff.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
