Fusalp seeks an experienced Store Manager for the Aubonne boutique in Switzerland. You will lead a two-person sales team, drive sales, clienteling, and daily boutique operations with a strong focus on customer experience and commercial performance.
Expect hands-on leadership on the shop floor, recruiting and developing staff, managing stock and merchandising, and maintaining KPI-driven results. Fixed-term until 31 March 2027 with potential renewal; CHF 5,500 per month + bonus.
Founded in Annecy in 1952 by two master tailors, Fusalp has spent over 70 years redefining skiwear by combining technical innovation, exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
Today, Fusalp brings The Art of the Mountain to life across the world's most iconic mountain destinations and international cities. Our collections move seamlessly from the slopes to the city, guided by one conviction: performance and elegance should never be separated.
For our Aubonne boutique, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a close-knit team of two Sales Associates and drive strong commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team development with an active presence on the shop floor and in daily boutique operations. The position is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Lead the boutique with full ownership of commercial performance, client experience, team management and daily operations.
Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning performance indicators into clear priorities and concrete actions.
Lead from the floor: remain close to clients, coach the team in real time and set the standard through your own behaviour.
Recruit, onboard, develop and retain a high-performing team, creating clarity, accountability and a strong team culture.
Build long-term relationships with local and international clients and actively develop the boutique’s client portfolio.
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, stock management, cash handling, opening/closing procedures and operational standards.
Maintain strong communication with the Country Manager and support teams, anticipating issues and following through on agreed actions.
Take responsibility for the boutique during peak periods and ensure the team remains organised, engaged and commercially focused.
We are looking for someone who has already proven that they can lead a premium retail environment, drive results and create a team that clients and colleagues can rely on.
Crans-Montana is a seasonal and client-driven environment. You will spend most of your time on the sales floor, creating relationships and commercial opportunities.
In our boutique, everyone contributes: selling, clienteling, stock, deliveries and presentation standards are a shared responsibility.
At least 5 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, including proven experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or comparable leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of clienteling, sales targets and key retail KPIs such as conversion, average basket and UPT.
A hands-on and engaging leadership style, combining clear expectations and team development with an active presence on the shop floor.
Strong organisational and operational skills, with the ability to prioritise, follow through and take ownership of boutique performance.
Fluent French and English, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
Any additional language is highly appreciated.
Experience in luxury fashion, ski, outdoor or technical apparel.
Knowledge of the La Côte / Aubonne retail environment or an established local network.
A 100% fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible and running until 31 March 2027, with a possible permanent opportunity afterwards.
CHF 5,500 per month + bonus.
The opportunity to take ownership of the Aubonne boutique and make a visible impact from day one.
Continuous development in leadership, product expertise, client experience and commercial performance.
The opportunity to grow within an international House with strong retail ambitions.
