Job summary

Six Senses Crans Montana seeks a Kids Club Host to plan and run engaging activities for young guests in a luxury resort. You will create a safe, educational yet entertaining environment, set up the Kids Club space each day, and present activities to families on arrival.

Maintain high hygiene standards and be versed in emergency procedures, working to Six Senses guidelines and guest feedback. Fluency in French and English is required, with experience in hotel operations and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an Early Childhood program with kindergarten/school teaching background.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Fluent in French and English; proficient with MS Office; familiar with POS, PMS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct kids’ activities.
• Create an educational yet fun environment for children.
• Set up Kids Club room and equipment before arrivals.
• Present activities to families on arrival.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the Kids Club area.
• Know emergency evacuation drills and resort policies.
• Report health or safety hazards to the Kids Club Supervisor.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.
