Job summary

Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Public Area Attendant Shift Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest public areas. You will lead a team, coordinate with Housekeeping, and uphold Six Senses values of sustainability, emotional hospitality and crafted experiences.

Fluent in English and French, you will train staff, monitor daily operations, and respond to guest requests while maintaining safety and hygiene across all public spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in a similar hotel operation.
• Tech skills include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and knowledge of scheduling and cleaning procedures.
• Fluent in English and French.
• EU or Swiss work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Brief and supervise Public Area Attendants at shift start and assign tasks.
• Train new staff on cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor cleanliness of guest areas and report defects to supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and adherence to Six Senses standards.
