Six Senses Crans Montana seeks a Public Area Attendant Shift Leader to lead the Public Area team, ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across resort spaces. You will coordinate with Housekeeping and uphold Six Senses standards, including LQA guidelines, while supporting guest needs and maintaining supply levels.

The role requires a high school diploma (hospitality preferred), fluency in English and French, and Swiss work authorization.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Fluent in English & French; MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee the Public Area team to maintain highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest areas including resort, offices and other assigned duties.
• Support housekeeping by monitoring occupancy and coordinating with supervisors.
• Assist guests with special needs and requirements.
• Maintain supplies and restock as needed for shift.
• Replace and restock public area amenities and information in the compendium.
• Keep furniture, curtains and fixtures clean and repaired.
• Dust lampshades, ceilings, walls, curtains and decorations in public areas.
• Polish furniture, mirrors and windows; clean bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards; adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.
