Zusammenfassung

ANAVIA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage shipping, customs, inventory and internal material flow at Näfels and Bilten. You will coordinate international import/export, maintain ERP master data and ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, import/export or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and HS/tariff codes.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics master data.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and experience with logistics KPIs and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Shipping / Import & Export: coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Inventory Management / Stocktaking: monitor inventory, perform stock takes and produce reports.
• Supply / Internal Logistics: ensure smooth material flow and internal material transport.
• Cost Control & KPIs: verify invoices, monitor freight costs and drive improvements.
• Quality / Processes / Support: assist with Non-Conformance handling and process optimization.
• Goods Receipt / Warehousing: support warehousing, labeling, forklift handling and documentation.

Your mission

AsNAVIAcontinues its rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialistwho is eager to contribute to the future of unmanned aviation and take on the following key responsibilities:

• Shipping / Import & Export
  • Coordinating and monitoring domestic and international import/export shipments
  • Ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Booking and organizing all transport shipments
  • Serving as the main contact for customs queries
  • Supporting customs audits
  • Determining and maintaining correct customs tariff numbers in the ERP system
  • Ensuring correct packaging of all goods
  • Preparing required shipping and export documentation
  • Creating all necessary customs and import documents
• Inventory Management / Stocktaking
  • Managing and monitoring inventory levels and warehouse processes
  • Ensuring accurate inventory records
  • Conducting and ensuring continuous (rolling) and key-date stocktakes
  • Providing relevant inventory data and reports
  • Performing regular stock checks and variance analyses
  • Creating and defining RMA processes
  • Initiating and coordinating recycling processes
  • Supporting the evaluation and introduction of C-parts management systems
  • Supporting the implementation of Kanban and material supply systems
  • Supporting the introduction of optimized delivery and return systems for BOM materials
• Supply / Internal Logistics
  • Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
  • Ensuring a smooth material flow
  • Securing internal logistics at the Näfels and Bilten sites
  • Ensuring internal material transport and distribution
• Cost Control & KPIs
  • Controlling and monitoring freight costs
  • Verifying invoices and creating regular performance reports
  • Analyzing logistical KPIs like delivery times, transport costs, and inventory metrics
  • Actively driving process improvements and efficiency gains
• Quality / Processes / Support
  • Supporting Non-Conformance (NC) handling
  • Describing, documenting, and optimizing relevant work processes
  • Managing process interfaces
  • Supporting compliance with aviation-specific quality and regulatory requirements
• Goods Receipt / Warehousing (Deputizing)
  • Supporting logistics staff in goods receipt and warehousing
  • Ensuring proper storage and correct, uniform labelling of all items
  • Supporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using a forklift license
  • Booking and filing delivery notes and relevant logistics documents
  • Coordinating with purchasing and suppliers regarding inventory discrepancies
  • Initiating the NC process for faulty deliveries
  • Ensuring correct maintenance of ERP master data

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and HS/tariff codes.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics master data.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and experience with logistics KPIs and cost control.
• Structured, hands-on and proactive working style.
• Proficiency in English and German.
