Zusammenfassung

ANAVIA is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to own IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. You will drive IT projects, strengthen systems, and ensure reliable and secure technology for unmanned aviation.

Requirements include a degree in IT or related field and 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management, with experience managing external IT vendors. Fluency in English and German (B2+) is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily IT operations with internal IT support and ensure prioritization.
• Act as main interface and coordinator for the external IT service provider.
• Lead IT initiatives (VPN, cybersecurity tools, MDM, backup and monitoring).
• Manage IT infrastructure topics with providers (networks, access rights, system setup).
• Define and improve IT processes (onboarding, access management, device lifecycle).
• Coordinate cybersecurity measures including assessments, audits, and awareness initiatives.
• Manage software landscape and licenses, including engineering tools and enterprise systems.
• Support rollout of new software across departments.
• Ensure documentation, transparency, and governance across IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital tools and automation.
• Lead and develop the internal IT Support function with knowledge transfer.

Join us asIT Operations Coordinator and take ownership of our IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. You will drive IT projects, strengthen systems and processes, and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology across ANAVIA, while contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of our digital environment.

Key Tasks

• Oversee daily IT operations together with internal IT support and ensure clear prioritization and escalation handling




• Act as main interface and coordinator for the external IT service provider




• Lead implementation of IT initiatives (e.g. VPN, password manager, cybersecurity tools, MDM, backup and monitoring solutions)




• Manage IT infrastructure topics such as networks, access rights, and system setup in collaboration with providers




• Define and improve IT processes (onboarding, access management, device lifecycle, support workflows)




• Coordinate cybersecurity measures including assessments, audits, and awareness initiatives




• Manage software landscape and licenses, including engineering tools and enterprise systems




• Support introduction and rollout of new software solutions across departments




• Ensure documentation, transparency, and basic governance across IT systems




• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital tools and automation




• Lead, support, and develop the internal IT Support function, ensuring effective prioritization, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement




• Manage and continuously optimize collaboration with external IT service providers, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and gradual development of internal capabilities

Your profile

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field


• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, IT project management, or similar role


• Experience working with external IT service providers and managing vendors


• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity principles


• Experience with enterprise software and license management


• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or technology environment is advantageous


• Familiarity with engineering or simulation software environments is an advantage


• Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2 or higher) is highly desirable due to regular interaction with local stakeholders
