Zusammenfassung

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG seeks a dedicated professional to manage group-wide apprenticeship and internship programmes, coordinating recruitment, onboarding and development for our future talent.

You will plan rotations, training assignments and individual development plans, supporting apprentices and managers throughout the journey, and ensuring compliance with Swiss vocational education requirements.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the group-wide apprenticeship and internship programmes and their continuous development.
• Coordination of recruitment, onboarding and development of our future talent.
• Planning and coordination of rotations, training assignments and individual development plans.
• Supporting apprentices and interns throughout their training and development journey.
• Advising and supporting managers and vocational trainers on apprenticeship and training matters.
• Monitoring performance, learning progress and training outcomes and initiating appropriate measures.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with vocational schools, hotel schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Working with cantonal authorities to ensure compliance with Swiss vocational education and training requirements.
• Representing Andermatt Swiss Alps Hospitality at career fairs and educational initiatives.
• Contributing to employer branding as an attractive training organisation.
• Analyzing feedback and KPIs to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Advising and supporting managers and vocational trainers on all matters relating to apprenticeships and training
• Monitoring performance, learning progress and training outcomes and initiating appropriate measures where required
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with vocational schools, hotel schools, universities and other educational institutions
• Working closely with cantonal authorities and ensuring compliance with Swiss vocational education and training requirements
• Representing Andermatt Swiss Alps Hospitality at career fairs, vocational events and other educational initiatives
• Contributing to and further developing our employer brand as an attractive and forward-thinking training organisation
• Analysing feedback and key performance indicators and implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring in

• A completed degree or higher vocational qualification in Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, Vocational Training or a comparable field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in managing or supporting apprenticeship, internship or early-career development programmes
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss vocational education and training system and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience working with educational institutions and public authorities
• Professional experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coaching skills combined with a genuine passion for developing young talent
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach, with strong organisational and planning skills
• Confident interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent German and very good English (min. B2); additional languages are an advantage
• Work location: 3 days per week in Andermatt; the remaining working time can be performed remotely from home
