Job summary
Rieter is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead to manage its enterprise SAP landscape, focusing on RISE with SAP, cloud transformation, and SAP technical operations. The role requires driving high-availability S/4HANA environments and delivering transparent service via SAP for Me.
You will lead end-to-end service delivery, interface with customers, monitor SLAs, coordinate releases, and own cloud solution management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years SAP Technical Service Delivery lead experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments with 99%+ availability.
- Interface between customer and SAP using SAP for Me for requests, incidents and escalations.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs via SAP for Me dashboards and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate all transport deployments, upgrades, system refreshes and patching as SAP Release Manager.
- Own SAP Cloud ALM & SAP for Me as Service Owner.
- Deliver regular service review reports on system health and SLA adherence.
- Support S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformations under RISE contracts.
- Implement automation for monitoring and alerting to reduce incident response times.
- Keep technical skills up to date per IT strategy.
- Perform other duties as required.
