Job summary

FFI Advisory GmbH in Winterthur/Zurich area seeks a senior SAP technical services leader to own RISE with SAP environments, ensuring system availability and driving cloud transformations. The role partners with SAP and customers to manage incidents, changes, releases, and performance dashboards.

The candidate will coordinate transport deployments, upgrades, and monitoring, while advancing SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me service management and reporting on health and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP technical service delivery leadership.
• Experience with SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management and SAP release calendars.
• Strong SAP Basis, S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformation knowledge.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments and maintain system availability.
• Serve as the central point of contact between the customer and SAP.
• Coordinate and manage service requests, incidents and escalations.
• Use SAP for Me dashboards to track SLAs and KPIs and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead SAP release management including transport deployments and upgrades.
• Own SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me service management.
• Prepare and present regular service review reports.
• Provide technical support for S/4HANA migrations and cloud initiatives.
• Introduce automation to improve monitoring and reduce incident times.
• Develop technical expertise aligned with IT strategy.
