Job summary

Rieter is seeking a SAP Senior Consultant Service and Repair (CS) to implement and support SAP CS modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. You will configure CS, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end SAP CS solutions.

Strong integration with other SAP modules and S/4HANA/Fiori experience are required. Located in Winterthur, Switzerland, the role offers an international environment with opportunities for development and collaboration within a traditional yet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BTech in a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping, and customer service functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CS integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP CS modules to support business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CS modules, including system design, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS functionality, performance, and integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to CS modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP initiatives and projects.
