Zusammenfassung

ABB Switzerland is seeking a Service Team Leader to oversee mechanical site work for Gearless Mill Drives (GMD) at customer sites in the mining sector. You will coordinate installation, maintenance, and on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and ABB standards.

The role requires an apprenticeship in mechanical/industrial tech, 3+ years of hands-on site experience, and fluent English. Travel worldwide on short notice is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is aplus.
• Willingness to travel globally on short notice.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings in English.

Aufgaben

• Supervise mechanical maintenance and installation activities for GMD at customer sites.
• Enforce ABB's EHS policies and conduct safety briefings for local crews.
• Ensure work adheres to latest technical docs and ABB quality standards; report discrepancies.
• Participate in site meetings with customers and ABB teams and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate on-site activities with project scope, site conditions and available resources.
