You will collaborate with manufacturing teams and external service providers, contribute to Lean initiatives, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a technical vocational training, 10+ years in industrial automation, and German language proficiency; English is an advantage.
Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training in automation or a comparable technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex production systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation, including on-call duty after onboarding.
Aufgaben
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on highly automated production equipment (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic).
- Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of production equipment.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, Production Engineering, and external service providers to ensure smooth production operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment, including Lean Management activities.
