Green is seeking a Senior Director – Hyperscale Data Center Solutions EMEA to lead commercial development of strategic hyperscale opportunities and build long-term relationships with global hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers and cloud companies.

You will identify new market opportunities, develop executive account strategies and lead high-value, multi-year transactions for colocation, powered shell, build-to-suit and campus development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience in data center, cloud or digital infrastructure.
• Proven track record closing hyperscale infra deals ≥20 MW; 100 MW+ is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of hyperscaler procurement processes and data center business models.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial development and growth of strategic hyperscale accounts across EMEA.
• Identify, qualify and secure new hyperscale opportunities for large-scale data center capacity deployments.
• Develop long-term account strategies for global cloud providers, AI companies and hyperscale customers.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales engagements across Colocation, Powered Shell, Build-to-Suit and Campus Development.
• Coordinate bid teams across Technical Sales, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal and Executive Management.
• Structure commercial solutions balancing customer requirements with Green’s objectives.
• Lead negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements.
• Drive executive-level pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Contribute to Green’s hyperscale go-to-market strategy and represent at industry conferences.
