Zusammenfassung

SCRYPT is hiring a Finance Analyst to own the full invoice-to-ledger cycle, maintain audit-ready books, support light treasury, and produce accurate monthly management reporting within a FINMA-regulated, multi-currency environment.

This 60–100% role is based at our central Zurich office and reports to the Group COO. A hands-on, ownership-driven position for someone with 2–3 years of finance experience. Equity and direct access to founders offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in finance, accounting, or Big 4/audit.
• Experience with Abacus or equivalent bookkeeping software.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process all incoming invoices end to end: validation, coding, approval routing, and payment scheduling.
• Maintain the general ledger across entities; run month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare audit packs for Big 4; respond to auditor queries and close findings.
• Monitor cash positions across fiat and entity accounts; support FX and funding movements.
• Produce monthly management accounts: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance commentary.
