KJUS is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen controls across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. The role collaborates with global finance, external providers, and local teams, reporting to the VP, Business Operations and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, multinational experience, and proven ability to drive process improvements while coordinating with stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across regions.
• Coordinate statutory filings and regulatory reporting for Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
• Lead balance sheet reviews and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Manage audits and interact with external auditors as primary finance contact.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with robust analytical input.
