Job summary

Johnson Electric Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to own financial review and analysis, challenging results and turning data into insights. You will oversee P&L and balance sheet reviews, Swiss CIT computations, and statutory reporting to support business decisions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, 7+ years of experience, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Fluency in English is required; German or French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Respectable expertise in month-end close and IFRS Group reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly P&L review and explain key variances.
• Review balance sheet and reconciliations, resolving items.
• Oversee provisions, accruals, intercompany balances, AP/AR, fixed assets.
• Prepare CIT computations and Swiss statutory reporting.
• Coordinate external audit, liaise with SSC and tax advisors.
