Qualifications

• Senior experience in technology, data, finance, strategy, transformation, or enterprise operations.
• Strong understanding of IMFT/TD&S portfolios and enterprise interfaces.
• Exceptional structuring, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support shaping and operationalizing the IMFT TD&S strategy, priorities, and transformation roadmap.
• Translate leadership intent into clear goals, milestones, and execution plans.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across strategic initiatives.
• Drive a high-performing IMFT TD&S Leadership Team operating model and governance cadence.
• Ensure clarity on decisions, actions, ownership, and follow-through across TD&S.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives with a structured problem-solving approach.
