Omnilex is seeking a Swiss-qualified lawyer to join our expanding European team. You will own the customer end-to-end, handling real client matters, research, drafting and delivering work you can turn into a productized, AI-native service available on demand.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to decompose cases into reusable blocks and nurture the commercial relationship, becoming the named lawyer on key accounts and driving pilots to multi-year engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with established relationships to support pilots and deals.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Keen interest in AI-enabled legal services and new tech.

Aufgaben

• Own the customer end-to-end: manage real client matters, research, drafting and argument structuring.
• Decompose cases into reusable building blocks (prompts, workflows, templates, knowledge).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn blocks into services clients can run on Omnilex.
• Own the commercial relationship; act as the named lawyer on the account and drive pilots to multi-year contracts.
