Omnilex is seeking a high-impact professional to own the rollout of our AI-native platform within major law firms. You will sit inside their workflows, understand real needs, and ensure Omnilex delivers.

You will translate legal practice into product direction, manage pilots to full deployment, and align product development with clients, all while maintaining German and English fluency and a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Legal background with law degree or equivalent time in a law firm or legal dept.
• Fluent in German and English; Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
• Ability to navigate decision-making inside law firms and in client meetings.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to drive outcomes, not just activities.
• Structured, persistent, and able to move a slow-moving institution forward.
• Precise communication trusted by lawyers and engineers.

Aufgaben

• Turn key accounts into firm-wide rollouts.
• Own testing and rollout at strategic accounts.
• Consult law firms on how to integrate Omnilex into workflows.
• Identify blockers to adoption and remove them.
• Be the rollout champion from pilot to deployment.
• Translate legal practice into product direction.
• Capture lawyers' pain points and requests for the roadmap.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Explain legal context behind requests to engineers.
