Omnilex seeks a high-ownership role to turn law firms into firm-wide rollouts, sitting inside client workflows and shaping product direction. You will bridge lawyers and engineers, ensuring adoption and translating legal needs into actionable roadmap items.

You will manage pilot-to-deployment across key accounts, focusing on Swiss French-speaking firms and delivering measurable value through tailored integration and strategic advice.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree or equivalent time working inside a law firm or legal department.
• Excellent understanding of law firm decision processes and workflows.
• Ability to communicate in client meetings and with engineering/product teams.

Aufgaben

• Turn cautious law firms into firm-wide rollouts.
• Own testing and rollout at strategic accounts, especially in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Consult firms on integrating Omnilex into workflows and remove blockers.
