Alpinum Solutions is seeking experienced Document Reviewers to support a large-scale eDiscovery project in Zurich. The role is designed for legally qualified professionals who can handle substantial document volumes with precision and consistency.

You'll review and classify documents using defined protocols, assess for relevance and privilege, and work closely with Review Managers to meet timelines and quality standards in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifikationen

• Legal qualification and/or admission to the Bar is required.
• Prior document review or eDiscovery experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in large-scale review projects involving significant document volumes is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms is beneficial; Relativity experience not mandatory.

Alpinum Solutions is a leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex and demanding mandates.

The Position

For our client, we are looking for experienced Document Reviewers to support a large-scale eDiscovery and document review project in Zurich.

The role is suited to legally qualified professionals who are comfortable working in structured review environments, handling significant document volumes and applying defined review criteria with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured legal document reviews within complex eDiscovery, investigation and litigation-related projects
• Review, analyze and classify large volumes of documents based on defined review protocols
• Assess documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality and other project-specific criteria
• Use industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity, to review, tag and categorize documents efficiently
• Ensure a consistently high level of quality and accuracy throughout the review process
• Collaborate closely with Review Managers and the wider project team
• Work towards defined project timelines, productivity targets and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Legal qualification and/or admission to the Bar is required
• Prior document review or eDiscovery experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in complex or large-scale review projects involving significant document volumes is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Relativity or comparable eDiscovery/document review platforms is beneficial; specific Relativity experience is not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced project environment
• Availability to work on-site in Zurich as required
