Zusammenfassung

Alpinum Solutions, a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, seeks an exceptional in-house counsel to join our legal team in Lugano.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and corporate governance while managing legal risk. Swiss law expertise and 4–5 years post-qualification experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Swiss law with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• In-house counsel experience is preferred; Swiss Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, compliance, data protection and corporate matters.

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland and Germany. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and corporate legal documents.
• Provide practical legal advice and support contract negotiations while managing legal risk.
• Advise internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
• Support compliance, due diligence, data privacy, and policy development.
• Contribute to legal and compliance transformation projects and system implementations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, and support corporate and intellectual property matters as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Swiss law degree with approximately 4–5 years of post-qualification experience
• In-house legal counsel experience preferred; Swiss Bar admission is an advantage
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, compliance, data protection, and corporate legal matters
• Proven ability to independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts while assessing and managing legal risk
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal and commercial objectives
