Alpinum Solutions is seeking a Legal Counsel (Data Privacy) for a Swiss client. You will lead data protection matters at national and international levels, with a focus on Europe, and advise on GDPR/DSG compliance.

You bring a Master of Law or equivalent, fluent German and English, and 2–3 years in data protection. Experience with AI tools and modern information systems is a plus; Swiss bar admission is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Completed legal studies (Lic. iur./LL.M.) or comparable; Swiss bar admission is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in data protection (DSG/GDPR), ideally international.
• Strong technical affinity and understanding of modern information systems; experience using AI tools.

For our client, a Swiss company, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Data Privacy).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on data protection matters at national and international level, with a focus on Europe
• Ensure compliance with Swiss DSG and EU GDPR requirements and support the implementation of group-wide data protection strategies
• Act as key contact for data protection authorities and internal projects, while advising operational business areas on privacy-related matters

Experience & Qualifications:

• Completed legal studies (Lic. iur. / Master of Law) or comparable qualification; Swiss bar admission is a plus

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in data protection / privacy (DSG/GDPR), ideally within an international company or law firm
