Zusammenfassung

Beaulac Hotel in Neuchâtel is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager on a permanent full-time contract to take operational responsibility for the Front Office. You will be the reference for the department, ensure service quality, smooth operations and team performance, and act as OPERA Cloud Key User.

You will train and coach receptionists and Night Auditors, implement standards and SOPs, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Revenue Management and Finance to boost guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Front Office leadership in a high-standard hotel.
• Strong ability to make operational decisions.
• Experience with OPERA Cloud as a key user and trainer.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Front Office operations: arrivals, departures, bookings, guest requests and complex situations.
• Develop and coach receptionists and Night Auditors with regular feedback.
• Ensure service standards; develop SOPs and procedures for the department.
• Act as OPERA Cloud Key User: train teams, provide daily support, improve data quality.
