Adaptyv in Lausanne, Switzerland, is building automated lab infrastructure to let AI-driven biology experiments run with minimal manual intervention. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain automation hardware, calibrate instruments, prepare buffers, manage inventory, and oversee routine lab operations to keep experiments flowing smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience following SOPs and lab protocols.
• Experience with lab automation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily calibration of Hamilton liquid handling systems.
• Calibrate and maintain instruments like Echo and pH meters.
• Oversee the SPR system: buffer changes and upkeep.
• Maintain automated workcells, keep them clean and calibrated.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and reaction mixes per SOPs; run weekly buffer production.
• Lead rollout of inventory management and lab operations processes.
• Organize fridges and storage, run inventory, stock consumables.
• Keep benches tidy and ready for work.
• Manage hazardous and biohazardous waste disposal in line with safety.
• Run the lab dishwasher and ensure glassware is available.
• Plan and document deep cleans and preventive maintenance.
