Zifo is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst in Basel, Switzerland. You will provide technical laboratory services, supporting multivendor instruments, IT and validation/compliance activities as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in CS or life sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in Windows, networking, remote computing and backups.
• Experience with virtual machine support.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation (preferred).
• Ignition automation software experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provides technical support for lab computing environments.
• Manages lab computing during installation/relocation of equipment.
• Implements Windows security and security controls.
• Ensures adherence to client policies through reporting/compliance programs.
• Acts as the IT contact for field service engineers and external vendors.
• Provides technical SME for system validation and change management.
• Documents procedures, policies, troubleshooting and best practices.
• Maintains inventory of lab equipment, PCs and software.
• Performs system preventative maintenance as scheduled.
