Required are a scientific degree, German and English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers extensive travel and remote work options within Switzerland, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline with a focus on Laboratory Informatics or related technologies.
• Recent graduates welcome; internships or projects involving Laboratory Informatics are advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of Laboratory Informatics software solutions.
• Configure system components at customer sites and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to field engineers and customers.
• Maintain compliance with customer and vendor credentialing requirements and safety standards.
