Job summary

Adnovum is seeking a software engineer to join an interdisciplinary team in Switzerland. You will analyze, design, implement, and maintain modern software solutions for public-sector clients in an agile setting.

The role spans the full software lifecycle, from requirements engineering to delivery and continuous improvement, with opportunities to influence architecture and processes across projects.

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional software development experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid programming experience with C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks such as Angular or Blazor.
  • Experience with Go, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of modern software architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and test management.
  • Independent and structured working style with strong team spirit, integrity and commitment to quality.
  • Swiss citizenship or eligibility for Swiss PSP clearance.
  • Fluency in German and English.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

What we're looking for

  • Ideally, additional experience with Go, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Practical experience with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Sound understanding of modern software architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and test management
  • Independent and structured working style combined with a strong team spirit, integrity, and commitment to quality
  • Swiss citizenship or eligibility to work on projects requiring a Swiss Personnel Security Clearance (PSP)
  • Fluency in German and English

For certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required. Willingness to undergo this clearance is essential.
