EDV Werke AG in Switzerland is seeking a customer-focused Sales/Service representative to expand our B2B and B2C client base. You will contact clients by phone and email, maintain CRM records, and promote our SAP and high-tech services.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries.
• Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement.
• Administrative work (for example managing post).
