• Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base.
• Contact clients via telephone and mail.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Manage social media channels.
• Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries.
• Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement.
• Administrative work (for example managing post).
