agap2 Switzerland is seeking a driven professional to lead a new business unit with ownership of profitability and client relationships in Life Science and Industry. You will recruit and manage a team of engineering consultants, define services, and drive growth through new business development.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, high-growth environment where multilingual communication and a strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience accepted; training provided.
• Native or bilingual French required.
• Fluent English; German conversational.
• Engineering degree or MSc in a related field.
• Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
• Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships in Life Science and Industry.
• Define engineering projects and services for industrial partners to offer.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
