ALTEN, a leading engineering and IT services company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Financial Services in Switzerland. This role is to build a new business unit, recruit a team of consultants, and drive growth across banking and insurance sectors.

You will develop opportunities, support commercial objectives, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and can combine entrepreneurial drive with strong language skills in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management or Engineering.
• 1-2 years of consulting or business development experience with focus on banking and insurance clients.
• Native German speaker with excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting clients and creating opportunities.
• Recruit and manage consultants to meet client needs.
• Oversee P&L and coordinate relationships with partners.
• Report on activities and strategic progress.
