Job summary

Colombus Consulting in Switzerland seeks a Senior Manager to lead consulting activities, manage P&L, drive pre-sales, and expand the client base. You will identify leads, organize events, and guide consultants to deliver high-quality engagements across Swiss markets.

The role emphasizes building strategic relationships with major clients, delivering transformation programs, and contributing to hiring with CEO support. A bonus on business development objectives is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting role at least manager level.
• Strong track record in business development in the consulting industry in Switzerland.
• Strong network in Switzerland with key decision makers in the digital and data domains.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and pro-actively propose lead generation techniques and leverages.
• Knowledge of best practices in Strategy & Innovation, Customer value, Employee experience or Operating model.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Manager, your main roles and responsibilities will cover various activities and engagements such as:

• Responsible for a Consulting activity P&L (sales and delivery)
• Drive pre-sales activities (RFP, presentations …)
• Identify new leads and organize Marketing events (conferences, presentations...)
• Identify key targets in Switzerland (French & German speaking areas) and define the relevant commercial approach - with the support of the CEO
• Work with our Clients (major groups) to define their strategy, vision, needs and drive their transformation
• Manage consulting teams to deliver high quality engagements
• Manage the hiring process for the consultants team - with the support of the CEO

SKILLS

• Experience in a Consulting role (at least Manager) is A MUST!
• Strong track record in Business development in the Consulting industry in Switzerland is A MUST!
