Applitrack seeks an Information Technology Technician (Tier 1) to be the first line of support for district-wide technology infrastructure across District Wide and Town of Bethlehem sites. You will handle incidents, service requests, and basic admin tasks with emphasis on user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, solving Windows/macOS and Google Workspace issues, password resets and MFA, and occasional VOIP and website admin tasks as part

Competenze

• Associate's degree in IT or 1–3 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, mobile devices, and common business applications.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Serve as first-line responder for incidents and service requests related to core technology infrastructure.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10-11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and network issues.
• Perform password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification.
• Create, update, and document troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support as needed.
• Maintain and manage website functionality, security, and user experience.
• Serve as System Administrator for VOIP and assist with project management for infra upgrades.
