Zusammenfassung

Allps GmbH is seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, provide Level 1 and 2 support, and ensure minimal downtime for users. The role requires hands-on experience with AD, networking, backups, and IT security, along with effective communication across internal teams.

You will maintain IT assets, configure desktops and peripherals, manage user accounts and access control, and coordinate with vendors while adhering to security policies.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with user account management and access control.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices.
• Handle and resolve issues through the IT ticketing system.
• Perform system updates, patching, and backups.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
