Job summary

Handylife SA in Lausanne is seeking an experienced IT technician to join our team. The role focuses on Level 2 IT support, technical follow-up for clients, and hands-on deployment of our software solutions across medical practices.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and network skills, and fluency in French. Driving licence and occasional on-site work across French-speaking Switzerland are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience with significant Level 2 experience.
• Strong skills in Windows environments, networks, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Fluent French with comfortable phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support by phone, email, remote control, and on-site when needed.
• Analyze, diagnose, document, and resolve incidents in a structured way.
• Install, configure, and maintain client IT equipment and environments.
• Participate in deploying our solutions from installation prep to commissioning.
• Train and support users in using our software and their IT environments.
• Configure and customise software according to client needs.
• Manage small to mid-size client projects; assess needs and propose solutions.
• Follow up on requests and coordinate projects with internal teams.
