Handylife SA in Lausanne is seeking an experienced IT technician to join our team. The role focuses on Level 2 IT support, technical follow-up for clients, and hands-on deployment of our software solutions across medical practices.
The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and network skills, and fluency in French. Driving licence and occasional on-site work across French-speaking Switzerland are required.

We also offer complete computerisation services and support our clients over time, from the deployment of our solutions to their evolution. Our offer notably includes an electronic patient record, an online appointment booking platform, a mobile application, as well as complete computerisation services for medical practices. Our solutions stand out for their great flexibility and numerous configuration and customisation options, allowing them to be adapted to the needs and work processes of each client. To strengthen our team and support its development, we are looking for an experienced IT technician, capable of bringing technical knowledge, sharing experience with colleagues, and gradually taking on responsibilities in client support and project management.
The core of your activity will be level 2 IT support and technical follow-up of our clients. You will be expected to:
We are primarily looking for a person with experience, autonomous, structured, and comfortable with clients. You have IT training (CFC or equivalent qualification). 3 to 5 years of IT support experience, with significant level 2 experience. You possess strong skills in Windows environments, networks, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. You know how to conduct a methodical diagnosis and manage your interventions independently. You have basic knowledge of SQL. You communicate fluently in French and are comfortable on the phone. You enjoy contact with users and demonstrate listening skills, empathy, and tact. You can manage priorities and remain calm when situations become urgent. You are organised, enjoy teamwork, and like to develop a lasting trust relationship with clients. Driving licence and availability for occasional interventions at our clients in French-speaking Switzerland.
