• Ability to manage user accounts within information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users for corporate hardware and software issues.
• Perform initial diagnostics for hardware or software problems.
• Restore devices and systems to working order.
• Set up new computers and printers for users.
• Manage user access permissions for IT resources.
