Job summary

SFB in Zürich area seeks an IT Generalist to support teachers, participants and staff with hardware, software and network issues, plus ERP (Tocco) support and cloud services administration.

You'll assist the Head of IT in digital transformation and the campus platform's development, with opportunities to lead sub-projects. German is essential; English good, French a plus; travel to external locations and occasional on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• It professional with experience in user support and relevant IT education/training.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, Entra, Intune, Azure, Tocco, Moodle and Unifi; eager to learn more.
• Precise, structured, and solution-oriented with quick comprehension.
• Team player with strong social and organizational skills.
• Strong German, good English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for assignments at external locations and some on-call duties Friday evenings and Saturday mornings at semester start.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers, participants and staff with IT hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, maintain and administer hardware, software and cloud services.
• Assist ERP application managers (Tocco) and process support requests; work with external partners on developments.
• Support Head of IT in digital transformation and campus platform development; take on sub-projects.
