Service 7000 AG, a Coop Group company, seeks an IT Supporter to handle end-user tech issues, install and maintain hardware/software, and manage access via Active Directory/Azure AD and M365. You will train staff, create user guides, and ensure smooth communication with colleagues and partners.

We value independent problem-solving, reliability, and German proficiency, with a focus on teamwork and service quality. 5 weeks holiday and BVG-related benefits are provided.

Formación

• Completed training as IT specialist EFZ or at least 5 years of professional IT/support experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage.
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handling IT support requests including independent error analysis and resolution of software and hardware issues
• Installation and maintenance of client-side hardware and software
• Management of user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365, including SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Organisation and delivery of training for employees and other stakeholders
• Creation of documentation (user guides, FAQs, etc.)
• Ensuring efficient communication flow with internal and external parties

What does the role involve?

What do you bring?

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

• Customer-oriented thinking and working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
