Zusammenfassung

Bell Food Group is seeking a technically skilled IT Infrastructure professional in Basel to operate, maintain and develop our Microsoft-based environment, including AD, Exchange, M365, Azure VMs and VMware. You will handle monitoring, incident resolution and contribute to projects.

The role requires PowerShell scripting, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset, with occasional on-call duty and travel within Europe. Collaboration in a team is essential for reliable IT services.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT qualification (EFZ/IT Specialist) and further Microsoft training (MCSA/MCSD/MCSE).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft servers, AD, Exchange, M365, Azure, VMware and Veeam.
• Practical PowerShell scripting experience.
• Independent, responsible and service-oriented approach; strong planning skills.
• Team player capable of solving issues with straightforward solutions, including after-hours support.

• Support and maintain email services (Exchange on-premises/Online) and M365 services.

• Analyse faults and provide first-level support.
• Lead sub-projects and coordinate external providers.
• Document systems, processes and changes.
• Participate in on-call rota (approx. quarterly) and occasional travel in Europe.

What you bring with you
