Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, clients, IT security, virtualization, etc.
• Enjoy explaining technical topics in an understandable way.
• Interest in further professional development toward System Engineering.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
• Analyze technical issues and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain clients, peripheral devices, and mobile endpoints.
