Boostbar, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to be the central point for our Digital Workplace.

You’ll resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues, onboard users, and drive smooth tool rollouts across the organization from our Ticino hub, with occasional travel to Zurich. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on IT support, experience with VMS, MDM, CRM, SaaS, and security setups, and can explain tech to non-technical teammates.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and end-user training.
• Experience with modern workplace tools and hardware deployments.
• Strong communication and ability to teach non-technical colleagues.
• Familiarity with software licenses and vendor relations.
• Based near Ticino with travel to Zurich 1–2 times per month.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary contact for day-to-day software and hardware issues.
• Onboard new hires and run hands-on enablement for internal tools.
• Lead device rollouts and security-related configurations.
• Manage hardware inventory and laptop provisioning.
• Keep tools organized, manage licenses, and liaise with vendors.
• Create simple IT guides and workflows for the global team.
